I rated this a two, because the delivery person pulled into our driveway...got out of his car walked up to the front door, then turned around and left without dropping our package...he then proceeded to drop our package at another residence and marked it as delivered. Thankfully, the person was honest enough and brought it to us the next day. I find this to be totally unacceptable.
